We do not sell, lease, or disclose personal data to third parties, except as necessary to process payments through verified platforms (e.g., Wix.com, Stripe, QuickBooks) or comply with state or federal legal obligations. All sensitive payment data is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
We reserve the right to retain and monitor communication records for internal auditing, fraud prevention, and legal protection. Clients who engage our services consent to the collection and retention of service-related records for up to 7 years in accordance with IRS and state regulatory requirements.

3. Design Referral Policy
Salahuddeen Design Group may refer design or construction projects to third-party general contractors through a vetted referral program. These referrals are based on project suitability, availability, and contractor performance. Clients are informed that referrals are independent operators and not employees of Salahuddeen Design Group.
The Company does not assume liability for the workmanship, timeline, or contractual obligations of any referred party. Clients are encouraged to perform their own due diligence prior to entering agreements with third-party contractors.
A referral fee may be collected by the Company from the referred contractor upon project execution. This fee does not affect the client’s quoted project price and is used to sustain the integrity of our referral network.

4. Terms and Conditions of Service
By initiating services with Salahuddeen Design Group, including consultations, estimates, referrals, or signed agreements, the client agrees to the following:

All design concepts, plans, and proposals remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise assigned in writing.

The client is responsible for providing accurate property access, project specifications, and timely decisions during active work phases.

The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel services at its sole discretion due to site safety concerns, non-payment, or scope deviations.

All change orders or alterations to original scope must be documented in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
5. Payment and Deposit Policy
To confirm a project start date or hold a booking slot, a non-refundable deposit of 15-30% (depending on project type) is required. Full payment terms are outlined in the project proposal or construction agreement.
Invoices not paid within the agreed terms may be subject to late fees, legal action, and service suspension. All project balances must be paid before final walkthrough unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes of legitimate payments will be treated as contract breaches and may result in collections actions, legal pursuit, and damages under applicable business law.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This policy and all client engagements with Salahuddeen Design Group are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Wake County, NC. By engaging our services, the client consents to this jurisdiction and waives any objection to venue.

7. Limitation of Liability
Salahuddeen Design Group shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from delays, design revisions, subcontractor actions, site conditions, or acts of God. Liability is strictly limited to the value of direct services rendered by the Company. Clients are encouraged to carry independent construction insurance where applicable.
